Charles
Lancelot PhD
Dr. Lancelot’s experience
encompasses a wide variety of materials technology,
including commodity and engineering plastics and
processes as well as thermoplastic and other rubbers.
He is tightly networked to the Marketing and Technology
operations of most of the global resin manufacturers,
and able to successfully leverage their vast product
development and testing capabilities.
Dr. Lancelot has close
working relationships with several independent
laboratories as well, most notably the Materials
Analysis Center at Georgia Tech.
Prior to founding CE Tech, Dr.
Lancelot was Vice President, Technology and Business
Development for Ansell International’s Protective
Products Division.
Prior to joining Ansell, Dr.
Lancelot held several positions at Rubbermaid
Commercial Products, Inc. Among these were
Director, Technology and Business Development; Waste
Systems, which team was responsible for an overall
$110MM annual business volume, and accountable for the
generation of $10-12MM in sales of new products
annually. Dr. Lancelot was also Director, Materials and
Process Technology, responsible for generating new
products and cost reductions through new materials and
processes.
At Mobil Chemical,
as Manager, High Pressure Polyethylene Process R&D, Dr.
Lancelot was responsible for all process development in
support of Mobil's high pressure polyethylene production
Dr. Lancelot holds a Ph.D. in
Organic Chemistry from Princeton University (1971) and
his BS in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame
(1962). He is fully bilingual in Spanish/English and
reasonably fluent in French and German. When not
consulting, he plays concert piano.

Timothy Huang PhD
Dr. Timothy Huang, was born in Taiwan and has lived
and worked in the USA for 35 years. After receiving his
Ph.D. in Polymer Science at Wayne State University, he
began his career at Gulf Oil Chemicals, where he spent 4
years in PE & PP resin manufacturing.
In 1980, Dr. Huang founded a NJ-based extrusion
company, Greenway Plastics, to manufacture Barex™, a
special film for nicotine patch packaging. Greenway
later expanded into sheet extrusion and thermoforming
for industrial packaging. The total annual revenues
exceeded $10 million in 1997.
In 2000, Dr. Huang founded NJ-based Boanerges to provide
technical and procurement services and Far East-made
products to the US market.
Dr. Huang formed a Far East-based partnership with a 25
year old plastics extrusion/thermoforming company (500
employees) to become a global manufacturing company with
a total of eight plants around the globe. Principal
markets served are food service, supermarket and retail
stores. Through our Far East facilities and USA
establishment, we are able to conduct business very
efficiently not only in North America but also in South
America.

Kenneth R. Morris Profile
Kenneth
Morris has over 35 years of management experience
including, among others, general management and business
globalization, strategic and operational planning,
business team building, business restructuring and
business productivity improvement, and new product
development, all primarily but not exclusively in the
plastics field.
Ken has held general
management positions in two international and three
North American companies. Typical industry and product
categories in his portfolio encompass housewares,
hardware, materials handling, food service, waste
management, sanitary maintenance, agriculture, toys,
hotel/ hospitality as well as small structures. In
addition, Mr. Morris has built an extensive global
network of contacts in his field.
Prior to CE-Tech, Mr. Morris
was President and General Manager for Zag Industries,
Ltd., and for Storage Technology, both subsidiaries of
The Stanley Works, Inc.
Between 1998-2001, Mr. Morris
was Corporate Vice President of New Product Development
and Technology for Newell Rubbermaid, Inc. a $7 billion
enterprise with over 30 divisions. In over twenty years
of senior management with several Rubbermaid Divisions
and Rubbermaid Corporate prior to the Newell
acquisition, Mr. Morris executed many highly recognized
new product development efforts. He established a
proven track record of continuous improvement in the
product development process and underlying systems,
providing thousands of new, highly successful, signature
product introductions. In the process, Ken pioneered
new and successful techniques in organization structure,
performance metrics and R&D driven marketing research.
In both the Home Products and
later in the Commercial Products divisions, Ken held the
post of Vice President of R&D.
Mr. Morris
holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Case Western
Reserve University (1978) and his BS in Aerospace
Technology from Kent State University (1969).
